He served eight years in the United States Army with operational experience in high risk movement planning, executive protection, and crisis coordination, developing a disciplined, intelligence led approach to safety and operational control.
With deep expertise in risk governance, duty of care frameworks, and incident command structures, Tolu advises governments, financial institutions, and critical infrastructure operators on strengthening oversight, improving resilience, and protecting people, assets, and business continuity.
